Silent Ice Sports & Entertainment (SISE), is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Fulmer as the new Referee In Chief (RIC). In his role, Fulmer will oversee all SISE Referee Academy leagues, including the Hockey Super League (HSL) and Junior Prospects Hockey League (JPHL).

With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Scott Fulmer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new position as Referee In Chief at SISE. Fulmer will be responsible for shaping and developing the next generation of referees within the SISE Referee Academy.
