The North Stars Hockey Academy came out firing on all cylinders and never looked back, delivering a commanding 11-3 victory over the Spartan Hockey Academy. From the opening faceoff, the North Stars established their dominance, outshooting the Spartans 17-6 in the first period alone. Hudson Murray opened the scoring early, setting the tone for a relentless offensive display. The first period saw the North Stars capitalize on their momentum, with goals from Lukas Hafso, Tatum Streeter, and Kyptin Rockett, while the Spartans found themselves in penalty trouble early with minors to Ayden Moncks and Samuel Nowak. The North Stars' power play unit made them pay, with Streeter's goal coming on the man advantage.
The second period continued the onslaught as Tayson Tomchuk and Cayden Meneses extended the lead. Despite a brief spark from the Spartans when Koen Buckingham scored a shorthanded goal, the North Stars quickly responded with Eric Danko and another from Tomchuk, this time on the power play. Hudson Murray was the offensive catalyst, finishing the game with a hat trick and three assists, while William Lychak contributed four helpers from the blue line. The Spartans' goaltending faced an overwhelming barrage, with Kaeden Wiebe facing 41 shots through the first two periods before Harrison Skowronski took over in the third.
The final frame saw no let-up from the North Stars as Tatum Streeter completed his brace and Hudson Murray added his third of the game. The Spartans managed to find the net twice through Noah Crawler and Chase Harris, but it was too little, too late against a North Stars team that controlled play throughout. Clark Wilson earned the win in net for the North Stars with a solid 23-save performance, while the team's offensive firepower proved simply unstoppable in this lopsided contest that showcased the North Stars' depth and scoring prowess.
